Drifters Overview

Not too long ago I moved closer to a beach that collects driftwood on its banks of sand and rocks.

I first discovered these Salish Sea communities in 2021. It was in late 2024 when we began to communicate and in 2025 we really started to bond. Discoveries made while exploring their beaches have led me beyond just their beautiful forms. They have become visceral inspiration for understanding humanity. This body of work has grown broad enough to encompass three sizable groupings: Portraits; Portal Keepers; Drifters in the Rough. This group is an overview with images from each. For now I leave it for you to imagine stories that might accompany the images.
